Frederico has +20 years of experience in Private Equity, Consulting and Business Management.

Former Director of Advent International in São Paulo, and McKinsey consultant in the Lisbon, New York and São Paulo offices. 
Prior to Teman Capital, Frederico worked for 9 years as the CFO of Kroton Educacional S.A., leading the M&A efforts (R$15Bn in investments) and multiplying company’s market value for 25x. Elected best CFO in Brazil for 5 consecutive years and received the “40 under 40” (most talented leaders) Award in Portugal. 
Frederico is also an independent advisor, board member and angel investor in Tech companies in Europe.

 

MBA from INSEAD, BA degree in Business Administration, with honors, from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
 

Rodrigo has +15 years of experience in Private Equity and Business Management.
Prior to Teman Capital, Rodrigo worked for 8 years at Advent International in the São Paulo, Frankfurt and Bogotá offices, participating in all of Advent's education deals. Participated in the investment in LifeMiles in 2015, a subsidiary of Avianca Holdings, where Rodrigo became Commercial Director and Corporate Development, responsible for M&A, partnerships and key clients in +10 new countries.
He has also worked in sourcing and executing several new projects in Private Equity and venture capital.
 

MBA from Harvard Business School, BA degree in Business Administration from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
